Dr. Jackson grew up in Pearland, Tx where she developed an interest in the health sciences, which later developed in to a desire to pursue dentistry. She was a competitive cheerleader beginning early in her childhood, and continued through high school. She earned her bachelor of science degree in nutritional sciences from The University of Texas at Austin. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Dental surgery degree at The University of Texas Health Science Center At Houston.
