The Greater Houston Area's Leading Provider of All-On-4® Dental Implants

All in 4® ● All on X ● Same Day Teeth

"All-On-4®" is an advanced dental solution for replacing a full arch of teeth. It is called by many names, but all involve placing four to six titanium implants using a computer enhanced surgical guide, which then support a full set of prosthetic teeth. The result provides a natural look and feel while significantly reducing treatment and recovery time.

All-On-4® Implants Explained

We focus on providing a seamless, comfortable experience, from initial consultation to the final smile reveal. Our commitment to this advanced technique underscores our dedication to offering cutting-edge solutions in dental implant technology, making Pearland Implant Center the go-to destination for All-On-4® Dental Implants.

The All-On-4 Process,
Step by Step

Understanding the process of All-On-4® implants is key to your comfort and confidence. At Pearland Implant Center, we break down the procedure into four clear, manageable steps, ensuring precision and the highest level of care.

Step 1: Consultation

Our first step involves a detailed 3D esthetic analysis where we gather precise measurements and intricacies of your facial structure. This crucial information guides the fabrication of your new All-On-4® prostheses, ensuring a perfect fit and a natural, aesthetically pleasing appearance.

Step 2: Day of Surgery

Our team performs all necessary steps within less than an hour per arch. This includes the extraction of teeth, bone grafting, and sinus augmentations if needed, followed by placement of the dental implants. Our focus is on maximizing comfort and effectiveness.

Step 3: Imaging & Fabrication

Immediately following implant placement, we utilize advanced 3D imaging technology to capture the exact positions of the implants. Leveraging the capabilities of QDTdental’s on-site laboratory, we then fabricate your precise, permanent acrylic teeth in just 3 hours.

Step 4: The Smile Reveal!

After the procedure, you can go home to rest and start enjoying your new set of permanent teeth right away. Our goal is to ensure you leave Pearland Implant Center not just with a transformative dental solution, but also with a smile that you can be proud of from day one.

Who are All-On-4® Dental Implants For?

All-On-4® implants offer a versatile and effective solution suitable for virtually everyone over the age of 18 with missing or damaged teeth. If you're looking for a more stable and durable alternative to traditional dentures, All-On-4® implants can provide a reliable and long-lasting solution.

Older Adults with Multiple MissingTeeth

For older adults experiencing multiple missing teeth, All-On-4® offer a stable and comfortable alternative to traditional dentures. Unlike dentures that rest on gums and can slip or cause discomfort, All-On-4® implants provide a secure base, reducing the risk of bone loss and preserving facial structure. This can significantly improve not only the aesthetics of one’s smile but also the overall quality of life, making eating and speaking more comfortable and natural.

Young professionals who have lost one or more teeth due to injury, decay, or other reasons may find All-On-4® implants an ideal choice. As a long-term investment in their oral health, implants provide a durable and aesthetically pleasing solution that doesn't disrupt their busy lifestyles. The reliability and low maintenance of All-On-4® implants mean they can continue to present themselves confidently in both professional and social settings without the worry of denture-related issues.

Individuals who currently wear dentures but struggle with discomfort, slippage, or maintenance might find All-On-4® implants an ideal solution. Implants can anchor full or partial dentures, providing a level of stability and comfort that traditional dentures cannot match. This can greatly enhance the wearer's confidence and ease in everyday activities like eating, speaking, and smiling, making them feel more secure in their daily interactions.

The Three Types of Dentures

A dental professional can make you one of three types of dentures depending on your situation: complete, immediate, or partial. A complete denture is used when all teeth either on the upper or lower arch have been lost. Partial dentures are used in situations where only some teeth on an arch are missing.

Full permanent denture

A full, permanent denture will be placed after the loss or extraction of teeth on an arch after the hard (bone) and soft (gum) tissue has had time to completely heal. You may also have options as to the type of permanent denture is best for you. You and your dentist will discuss what type of denture will be best for you.

Immediate denture

Immediate dentures are used for situations where all teeth on an arch are extracted and are delivered to you on the same day. Impressions will be taken prior to the appointment for the extractions and dentures are fabricated by a laboratory. Immediate dentures keep you from having to go without teeth while waiting for the tissues to heal and waiting for the permanent denture to be made.

Partial denture

Partial dentures are a little different from a complete denture. A partial denture is used when not all teeth on an arch are missing. Partial dentures are a removable option, just like a full denture, but are also an alternative to having implants placed. You doctor will discuss with you if a partial/partial denture is the right option for you.
